Framework, process, and scoring model.
All nine operators were benchmarked under identical conditions on the same reference hardware. Sessions were spaced and randomised. Measurements logged in an append-only audit ledger; raw data available on request.

Operators were accessed from a single reference workstation on an isolated VLAN, over standard UK residential broadband. Withdrawals were initiated to a single UK current account. All sessions were geolocated to England. No identifying account metadata is published with this report.

Eligibility criteria
Operators were eligible if they held an active UK Gambling Commission remote licence verified on the public register, were registered with
GamStop, and had not received an active enforcement notice in the preceding 24 months under the LCCP. -

Data sessions
Each operator received 14 timed sessions distributed across the market window — a mixture of weekday and weekend, daytime and evening — in randomised order. Sessions were independent (separate accounts where required, fresh browser context).

Real-world withdrawal velocity was measured to the second across Faster Payments, Visa Direct, PayPal and bank transfer. Mean per-operator velocity reported with bootstrapped 95% CI; 6 trials per method per operator.

Independent third-party certification (eCOGRA, iTech Labs, GLI) was verified for each operator. RTP figures must be retrievable on the operator's public site without account login or paywall.
